This fast-track dveleopment programme will last for 12-months. If you’re successful you’ll join us in China during September, then spend approximately seven months on a structured development programme in the UK. You’ll then develop skills in your chosen business area, before making a permanent move to China (locations include cities in East, North, Northeast, South and Shandong Region of China) to complete your programme.
The programme will equip you with the specialist technical skills you need to excel in your chosen area, not to mention the Tesco leadership skills you’ll need to succeed.
Whichever area you work in you’ll have all the training and professional development you need – not to mention early responsibility. So you’ll be ready for all the challenges ahead.
Show us your drive, determination and passion for working in Retail. Not to mention an ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and ability to take responsibility and use your initiative. What’s more, you’ll have, or be expecting, at least a 2:1 degree (or eqivalent) in any discipline. And you’ll need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
