Project Manager (PM) - delivers the implementation of the product   (leads the Dev team: must know the team and the technology)  带一帮干脏活累活的，最苦逼

Product Manager (ProdM) - defines what the product should look like & function like (represents the business side - must know the customers and market)  吃吃喝喝，旅行，最潇洒  (但口才，EQ要好)

 

Program Manager (ProgM) - manages & coordinates resources (must be an insider of the organization structure and know how to navigate)  需要懂政治

技术出生的宅男小中一般干不太好 ProdM/ProgM

藤校女生适合往ProdM 发展, 内部搞熟了，也可走ProgM

 

 

 

认识个program manager是2不会写 code的

唉，真费劲。一个不是官，一个是个小官，在有些公司官会大一点点。

我们单位已不用program manger 这个名了，改成portfolio manager

依次应该是，上等兵，连长，营长。

我早就说紫檀老中眼里只有名和利。什么都能和当官挂上钩。没救了

所有以manager 结尾的都不是大官。AVP应该就是团级干部了。

如果AVP是团级，manager就是个班长

AVP就是manager当到头了，哈哈。

不管将来是团长还是将军，除非你是张学良，都得从大头兵做起。
