My hotmail has a big problem to receive emails. Usually, I send 10 emails to my hotmail account and I only receive 2 emails. That means only 20% email can be received. It is so frustrated. I may lost too many important emails. I checked the email filter setup, and it is low.
How can this happen? My email account is too old, 10 years.Is it the reason?
I will use another free email and abandon hotmail.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
