A few days ago, I download something form web site hosting in mainland China. But I did not use Norton AntiVirus 2006(already installed in my PC) to check them out. Now I got problems 1. It slows down the speed of IE 6.0 significantly 2. the web page was forwarded to other web site like www.jiangsu-dinghuo.com (QQ ) or www.game3721.com. It is very annoying. I have run Norton AntiVirus several times but the problems did not go away. The ZoneAlarm 6.5 firewall installed on my PC also alert me that some applications with strange name like rg_lyric_024.exe or 199019001.exe were trying to acess to Internet. Of couse I denied. those applications are located in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\. I think the PC has been infected with trojan horse, spyware or adware and Nortan AntiVirus 2006 can not remove them.
But firefox 1.5 on my PC work fine, it has no problems that happened with IE 6.0
How can I remove those trojan horse, spyware and adware?
