I was trying to clean some spyware/virus bounded with IE. Tried everything within regedit options, not working. Delete IE, not working.
Among them two files cann't be removed: wshcon32.dll, quartz32.dll
With symantec Antivirus, detected the "Adware.Roogoo" there are 3 count with the "wshcon32.dll" file. When trying to clean, it says possible reasons that they cann't be removed are:
1) The file have been moved;
2) The computer they are located on is turned off;
3) You are trying to cleann files located on email message;
4) You are trying to clean compressed files in a container.
I am sure the virus is with IE, but just not able to clean it. Ask for help, please! Thanks a lot!!!!
