A question of IE7 ( Menu bar and Address Bar position ) xa5her222006-11-09 17:47:11

Does anybody know why in IE7, the "URL Address Bar" is FIXED on the very top, and the Menu bar (File, Edit, View etc) is below that.

It seems that I can not change the position, so that Menu bar stays can stay on the very top, like in old IE6 or IE5 ?
