How to change text size on www.Wenxuecity.com hh16182006-11-20 17:50:22

If I go to www.yahoo.com, I click: view -> Text -> Larger, all the text size will become larger.

However, on www.wenxuecity.com, the same click does not work.

How can I change the size then ?
