十月份买的DELL笔记本，OS: WinXP. 如果输入网址不对或连接速度慢就会被引入DELL的Google搜索页面，首行给出：

有时对连接正常的网页也是如此，十分讨厌。该页"What's this" link 给出如下提示：

但是在Control Panel->Add/Remove programs 中找不到上述项目。请问如何删除这个烦人的IE插件？多谢。
