Please help!
Yesterday, Feb 14th, around 10:30 am, when I was playing a game (not online game, a small one, and windows mode) which was installed long time ago, the computer suddently appears dozens of error alters. And the norton anti-viurs pops up and kept showing windows that says "your email to XXXX was not able to send". But I didn't use my email at that time, I even didn't turn on my IE.
This kept about 5 mins and my computer became freeze. I thought Norton could fix it up but it didn't. (Damn...$60 a year...)
I restart the computer and enter the safe mode. Under safe mode, I used Norton to scan and remove 33 virus. And when I restart the computer and boot the windows under normal mode. Blue screen showed up, it said the system would restart due to soemthing could damage my computer..blah blah blah.
This kept all the time, no matters what I tried to solve the "damage" (Change video mode, turn off shadow memoery...), it kept showing up and restarting the computer.
So I reinstalled the system. However, after the new system installed, the system couldn't detect my enternet card. So I couldn't connect to the internet. Also, Norton was not able to turn up, and all other softwares.
Could you please tell me what should I do now?
