I see the price 3.98/per month, people are able to have own web site if like. I am trying to help to build a site for a school as a volunteer, so have checked some services. Microsoft did offer the free hosting service, but the tools to build and support the site are limited, if you like to publish photos, when you load your image files to the site, the picture will auto be compressed to reduce the size, then the picture looks suck.
