Hi all: I have a dell desktop computer, I replaced a new PowerDVD 6 several month ago. and last week the hard driver was damaged. I bought a new hard driver and tried to reinstall the window XP, but the computer won't recognize the CD-rom. I know I need to install DVD-ROM install.exe. but it is on the CD. I tried to copy the instal.exe to a 3.5 floppy and insert the XP reinstallation CD in the CD-Rom and restart the computer by pressing the F12. and it won't work at all.Anyone knows how to solve the problem. many thanks.
