I bought a Quantex laptop several years ago. About one year ago, it suddenly began to have problems of auto-restarting or getting stuck. A while after I was on Internet or opened some pictures, this problem will occur.
I have used high level reformatting many times but the problem was not solved. Do you think the hard disk might got damaged? Is there any option other than changing the hard disk? Will changing hard disk solve the problem?
Please help!
