我有一台笔记本电脑： Dell Latitude D620， 已经用了两年多了。 操作系统是 Windows 2000.
前几天出现过一次蓝屏幕， 两天后又出现一次。
今天早上突然屏幕变黑了。 重新启动时出现以下信息：
Your system automatically powered off because it became warmer then expected.
This may have been caused by:
o) operating or storing the system in an environment where the ambient
temperature is too high, or
o) obstructing the air flow from the system fan vents.
If this problem resurs, please call Dell Support with error code #M1004.
Strike the F1 ket to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.
Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics.
我摸了一下电脑底部， 觉得很烫， 就断电关机。 等电脑凉下来后， 再重新开机时， 就一直无法启动了。
我试着把电脑的电池取下和装上， 都不能启动。
請教斑竹及各位高手， 这是什么原因， 应如何修理？
