打开电脑VOIP ZOOM对话窗口, 试打几通电话后.

 

在 info tag 下显示:

 

Your Account

            Your subscription is not paid.

            You have €9.91 credits, all calls will be charged at normal rates.

问题:

 

1. 为何 the subscription is not paid? 其与credits 的关系?


2. 如何选用€2.5包月计划? 而不是按通话扣credits?
