I played a DVD movie then felt tired and wanted to close the PowerDVD. Suddently the LCD turned white, from a corner to the whole screen. I didn't Alt-F4 to close the program immediately which I should, then I couldn't even reboot it.
Win2K disk tried to re-copy all Winnt files. Then the problem is that very soon the screen turned black, the HD light is blickering though I don't know what it's doing. I tried to press ENTER or SPACE, couldn't get it done.
Installed a fresh copy of Win2K to second drive was OK, so no hardware problem.
I installed a lot of things already, and now couldn't even backup Outlook mails. Borland JBuilder, Cygwin, Office, MySQL, downloading tools, Map tools, VPN...
Thanks for any suggestion.
