My IBM shipped from HK kathy1232004-06-18 00:14:52

I ordered IBM T41 from IBM.com. I talked to an IBM representative and was told it's shipped from HK. I thought IBM laptops were made in US. the only concern is that HK is so far away, do you guys think it's a problem?
