最近几天，从升级xp server pack2之后吧，机器遇到一个问题，当打开一个realone文件时，系统总出现这个错误：“explore.exe application erron
the instruction at "ox01b33397" referenced memory at "0x00000000", the memory could not be written.
click on OK to terminate the program
click on CANCEL to debug the program
请教各位老大，是什么造成这个问题，我该如何处理？多谢
