What is general speed of USB 2.0, I knew it could be up to 480MB/s, but in reality how fast it will be. Mine seemed too slow, copy 22G from HD to external HD, took about 30 minutes, is it right? Thanks

BTW, mine is Win2k, using a USB 2.0 & firewire combo PCI card.
