10+ years in the IT industry, sickly tired of the boring life and intense work environment, I want to make a change before it is too late.

Is there any small business which can offer the following?

1. flexible
2. easy to handle
3. with $150k profit (after tax)

A friend owns a small coffee shop, sells coffee, cookies, donuts, newspaper, hires one amigo. Life is pretty easy but income is too limited.

Another friend opened a massage business. This business does not need equipment and costs little, cash flow is extremely good, but risk is too high.
