打过电话问了,说是发信给我,但是现在都过去一天也没有发过来.  对恶霸完全失望了。

2月从香港卖家处买了一样东西,没有收到货.十天前要求退款. 三月内共三笔交易. 一笔退款,这比有五个商品.难道是因为此吗?

想知道;1.这个情况,还有恢复的可能吗/

2. 如果不能恢复,可以用假名注册个新的卖东西吗?谢谢。

At this time, you won't be able to use eBay in any way, including using current accounts or registering new accounts.
