I am trying to use Visa Appointment Reservation System for US Embassy & Consulates (www.nvars.com) to make reservation. The cosulate I want to try is the one at Montreal. And the date I want to select is 8/30. And on the selecting page, all the dates are marked with "-". Could someone tell me what it means?
