As to my understanding, usually I 824 is only filed after primary petioner's I 485 has been approved. But I checked
the instruction part of 485 form, "If the sponse or child residing aboard, the person adjusting status should file form I824, Application for action on an Approved Application or petition, concurrently with the pricipal's adjustment status application",
So, really confused here, should the I 824 be filed before I485 approval or after? Anybody have go through similar process and want to share the info? Thanks a lot.
