i filed extension for my b1 visa which was expired on april 19, 2005 on march before the expiration date. now my application for extension was denied 2 days ago. my question: the 180 days grace period start to count from the expire day of your entry permission or from the date of denial decision? can someone kindly give some advise regarding this issue. will my next entry to the us be a problem( i have got a multi-entry visa which is still valid)? how long should i wait before next entry to the us.
