I just got receipt for 140 and 485. my lawyer gave me a copy of documents after filed 140 and 485. I found out that the lawyer forgot to put my name change document for me. so my birth cert and current name are not same without name change document. my question is should i asked the lawyer to send the missing document now since i got the receipts already or wait for USCIS requests for it?
