I updated my address on 7/8, then I got an email notice that my green card was mailed out on 7/12. I have not received it now. I called the customer service for inquiry and I got the email like the following:
"On 07/12/05, we created a Permanent Resident Card for you and mailed it
to the address we had on file at that time. You have notified us that
you have not received it and the post office has not returned it to us.
Please allow at least three to four weeks to see if the card is
returned as undeliverable. Your address was updated before the card was
mailed."
Could the mail be lost? What can I do now?
