Who has experience in working permit issue in Canada?
My hu*****and is working in Canada with working permit now. I will go to Canada after September 1. I knew from website that spouses of people who have working permit in Canada can apply for an "open" working permit without confirmation letter from HRDC. I would like to know if I should apply for work permit from U.S. or ask my hu*****and to do that in Canada.
