from AOS to H1B superbenben2005-08-02 21:56:21

I was on H1B and used AP and to reenter a month ago,I continued to work for my h1B employer (legally according to Cronin Memo).

I assume I am on AOS now, if I find a new employer who is willing to file a new H1B for me, will USCIS approve it?
