点滴经验：
1）律师问题，没有大的评论，看律师本人的慈善度和能力。但是，遇到收钱为第一的律师，会一个拖。能办，但是可能拖死你，走不是你那绿卡的捷径，而是拖住你，捞钱。这样就不好。
2）自己学会处理，要到论坛学习，多研究。这是最关键。
3）这样，准备的时候，有把握，也知道准备哪些材料。所有材料都是客观的，也就是经第三方的手，比如，公证的，报纸，出版物，等等。
4）推荐很重要。要牛人。因此，如果自己工作不是很好，首先，自己花两三年努力作好，比花时间在发愁要好。
5）准备好材料，总结要好，一定要让外行的人，看懂，而且认为你牛。
6）最后，还是，自己准备多作好，强于律师。走好运。
