I am H-1B holder with pending I-140 & 485. My hu*****and is in his OPT (valid until 10/02/05). He filed I-539 in July to change from F-1 to H-1, waiting for the decision. He also files I-485, which is pending of course. We decide to file I-765 individually. Questions:
1.Item 15:"current immigration status": For me, should it be "I-485 pending" or "H-1"? What is my hu*****and current immigration status?
2. We both applied OPT before. So for item 11"have you ever applied for employment authorization from USCIS", should our answers be "YES"?
