Can someone share info. with me regarding the TSC processing time?
I filed I-140 (08/03/05) and I-485 (08/15/05) cocurrently based on certified PERM (EB2/NON-NIW).
The processing time on USCIS.GOV as of 08/08/05 shows that I-140 date was 5/25/05, and I-485 04/01/05.
What's the processing time for NIW only or for all applications regardless of classification?
If someone has received approval for I140 or 485, please share info.
Here is my PERM info.
1) submission on 07/05/05
2) confirmed by employer within 3 business days;
3) certified on 7/11/05 on line
4) receipt received by attorney on 7/21
5) software engineering major, master degree, eb2
