My boyfriend is illegal in US, he has no driver license, no social security, only a number for tax purpose.
I am planning to marry him so that when I apply my green card through PERM (I am a H1B holder) I can bring him with me. So we can get LC together.
But, the first step, how can we get married if he does not have a valid ID?
I appreciate if someone can share some information.
