My wife was in H1 status before 12/18/04. She applied for H4 from 12/18/04 to 06/01/05. But it was denied. So she was out of status for 166 days. Then she reapplied H4 and got the H4 visa from 6/2/05 till 5/31/08.
So my question is she is out of status total 166 days, will this affect her green card application?
