Dear all there,
I submitted the I485 to NSC in 12/24/2003 and it is still pending. It passed the processing time in NSC of Feb/01/2004. The finger print (10 fingers) was done in 06/2004 and finger print code 2 was done in 06/2005. The I140 (NIW based) was sent in 10/2003 and it got approved in 04/2005. Anybody has the similiar situation? Thanks very much for sharing the information.
