I ted the I485 and I140 for both my wife and myself in 12/03 to the Nebraska service center. The I140 (NIW based) was approved 04/05 without RFE. We have done fingerprints three times with code 1 twice and code 3 one time. We received the RFE for the I485 in August this year. The RFE asked for my OPT and my current status. Also, it asked for the status for my wife while I was on OPT. The RFE was received 28/09 and the LUD changed every day for the following four consecutive days. It does not change today. I am wondering how long I will have to wait for the final approval.
