I currently hold H-1B, my hu*****and is a citizen. we just started the green card process. In form 864, (the affidavit of support). looks like if I receive public benefic, he will have to pay back.

如果我失业，或者生小孩呆在家里，是不是不能拿失业救济，或不能享受医疗保险？
我工作这几年每年交美国政府好多税，到现在居然连benefic都不能享受了吗。真憋气。公司可以办绿卡，但只能走tranditional,所以需要4-5年。。
