When travelling out of the States using Advanced Parole, what should I do with I-94? Can any XDJM with prior experience share with me?

Which I-94 should I submit at airport? I came in with F-1(stayed in the States since) but later changed to H-1. Should I submit the F-1 I-94(the one I got when I came in with F-1) or the one attached on my H-1 Approval Notice (never used)?
Or both?
