I filed my I-140 and I-485 separately at Texas Center (EB-1 case). After I-140 approved, I filed I-485 in June of last year. Fingerprint was made in February, 2005. I checked the date process list at Texas. It was on July, 2004. However, I didn’t get any information from USCIS until now. The message for my case from USCIS website is always as follows:
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on June 3, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
I am very worry about my status. What should I do? Do you have any idea or similar experience about this situation? I would really appreciate your helps. Thank you in advance!
