Questions on GC/EB1(OR) nobrain0072005-09-09 20:23:56

Hello, all,

I applied EB1(OR) under the sponsor of my present employer (a University) where I am a Faculty Research Associate. The petition was sent to CSC just a few days ago by the university lawyer. I just got a very decent offer to go to another university as an Assistant Professor, beginning Jan.1 2006. Is the petition still valid ( if it is not approved by then) if I change job(go to my new job)? My family will still live in my present address until the end of this academic year to join me there for the good of my daughter.
