I just start to use my H-1b for less than 1 year and my wife is same too. so
each of us still have another 5 years H-1B time.
We actually prepared NIW and OR several months ago and all of those documents
are ready now. but according to our original plan, we do not want to file I-
485 together. but now, the situation is changed. but I am still not sure
whether we should file I-485 together with I-140 or not because I think we
have enough H-1B time.
if file 485 together, is there any thing bad? e.g. have to go back china after
got layoff or lost job?
