NIW case. We submitted I-140 and get approved in April 2005. In June, we sumitted I-485 and got fingerprint done and approved very soon. We also got EAC card and Advance Parole. Now we are still waiting for 485 approve. How long will that take in NY for the case submitted in June 2005?
What is the EB2 排期 you guys mentioned below? Will that hold our 485 approval for 5 years?
