I am waiting 485. My LUD used to be renewed everyday. It stopped on 8/12/2005. Does that mean they throw my case away and I have to waiting unlimitedly until they remember and repick my case from a doc pile?
My feeling is you can get 485 approved soon if they keep updating your info . Once they stopped. You are in the backlog. Am I correct? Anybody have experience or heard story to share? Thanks.
