Does anyone have experience of changing job after NIW 140 approval? I don't know if it will affect pending 485. I heard that you can change similar field job after filing 485 for 180 days. I am curious why some people was asked 485 RFE from emplyer. If the RFE asked the new employer confirmation letter, is it necessary to get the reference letter again to say your job is in the same field. Is this again similar to 140 application? Does anyone change the job and get 485 RFE and then approved? Thank you very much for sharing your experience or your advice.
