Ask a question for a friend in China. They moved back to China from USA. The child wants to come back. For her child, she wants to come here first, then find a job later to support the child. How long will it take from B2 visa to H1b visa? Will she go back to China to get H1B visa? What is the best way for them to come and stay? Thanks a lot! Any advice and suggestion are appreciated.
