Thanks god, just find a new job. the previous boss already kept my employee status for almost one month with minimum salary. the friend named sdfsdfsdff said I should leave as soon as possible. the attorney also said so. Does some one know INS has any maximum period for this, like if more than 60 days in minimum salary, the transference of H1-B would be denied? If some friend here know this, please let me know.
