Please submit the following evidence:
Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the alien were required to obtain labor certification from the US department of labor. Would a US worker with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar degree? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than other individuals in the field? Please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
Submit evidence that demonstrates the alien'sspecific prior achievements which would justify the projected future benefit of the alien to the national interest. The letters of experience do not provide specific deatail about how the alien's priou achievements have impacted the field as a whole.
Submit documentation that shows the alien's skills or background are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. Does the alien possess any special skills, knowledge or abilities that could be articulated on a labor certification?
Have experts in the field that have not worked with the petitioner recognized his work?
How do the petitioner's publications separate from him others in the field?
How does the petitioner's work compare with the work of others in the same field?
Any additional evidence submitted will be considered in conjuction with the current record to determinte the alien's eligibility for this classification.
