We submitted the I140 and I485 at the end of March this year. I-140 got approved at 9/22/05, my daughter got I-485 approved at 09/28/05 and got her green card in the middle of October. Until then there was no any information for my hu*****and and me. I called INS this Monday, a lady told me our cases approved and she needed to call somewhere. Wendesday we got the email notice the GC is prepared and will be maid to us.
The internet information for I-485 only changed from they received our cases to based on the appoval, the GC is prepared and will be mail.So every case is different. Do not worry to much. Only suggestion is try to call INS if you wait too long or something wired.
