I filed my I140(EB1a) and I485 at the end of Sep. It is still pending. And then I filed anthoer I140(NIW) after Oct. 1. May I transfer my I485 from I140(EB1a) to I140(NIW)?
Because my I140(NIW) has better chance to get approved.
