Hi there:
I am an assistant professor at a university. Planning to apply for I140 via
both LC and NIW for future flexibility.
Since in the NIW petition letter you have to explicitly explain drawbacks of
going through LC to justify NIW, it doesn't make sense to do both if the
officer knows that I also do LC. So my question is: will the officer
evaluating my NIW have access to my case through LC?
