I am a staff member (programmer) for a state university.
The university does not do labor certificate for staff since the university deem the whole process is immoral. They only do special handling for faculty members since the university does not need to do search for the second time.
The only way for me to get green card is to do NIW.
In NIW application, I need to prove that laber certificate will adversely affect national interest. Should I just say that university does not support labor certificate? and even tell them the real reason?
