I'm not sure which path I should choose to apply for the Green Card.

Here's my background.
1. MD, PhD in Pharmacy.
2. A new tenure-track Assistant Prof. My salary is among the top 5% tier.
3. 5 Eng papers, 3 Chinese papers and 5 Eng abstracts.
4. One national championship and one national award from an international organization.
5. Five academic letters of recommendation and two letters from industry.
6. My research is highly related to the management of health care system in US.
7. Faculty and assistant professor in China for four years.

Here is my question.
1. Can I apply for EB1 outstanding professor? It is said I must have three years research and teaching experience to qualify for this category. I do have four years teaching experience in China, but only two months in US. When I was Phd, I have conducted many years research. Does this experience count for?
2. Should I choose NIW or EB1 in my case? Which one is better and faster?
I feel it is easy to qualify for NIW, but it looks like EB1 is faster than NIW.
If DIY, what is the cost for applying EB1 and NIW?
3. Where can I find the DIY sample?

Thanks a lot.

Why a grant helps on EB1-b rather than EB1-a? Thx.
